As a law firm owner you may be familiar with the infinite to-do list, the endless ideas and demands running through your mind. How do you plan your Meeting Rhythm each year to ensure you address the regular and frequent essentials, while not forgetting those other items?
Introducing the Como Legal Coaching RNR Meeting Planner. Whether you run your Director / Leadership meetings Weekly, Bi-Monthly, or Monthly – this tool will help you plan which items need to be addressed in which months of the year.
How It Works
Using the Como RNR Framework, add critical areas of your business into your existing meeting rhythm.
First, choose from the Strategic or Integrated approach.
- A Strategic Approach will give you a regular Monthly Agenda (which you can split further if you meet more frequently) and then 4x Quarterly Agendas for your longer or additional strategy sessions. Better for large partner groups or leadership teams.
- An Integrated Approach will spread those items across your other agendas. The output shows you months, so again you can split further if you meet more frequently.
Then select the Full Cadence or a Simple List.
- The Full Cadence maps all 28 Areas of a Business,
- The Simple List takes the most common 16 Areas. Better for businesses with fewer than 16 employees.
For each month, look for the difference between Report and Review. For example, you want to Report on your Sales numbers every month – but only Review sales targets and management reports each year.
Lastly, you can accept our recommended timing template – or move items to your preferred rhythm. Information tags help define every area of the business, while flagged items are those most likely connected with specific dates like your financial year. Look for the multi-year items at the end, which may not require a review each year.
Once satisfied, either export your PDF report and/or download the Calendar files (these default to the 1st day of each month, so you can change dates, invite colleagues, or copy/paste into existing meeting schedules).
Be sure to save your work at the end. Como Legal Coaching never stores or sees your data, so this cannot be recovered. If your law firm isn’t addressing all of these items, or implementing them effectively, and you’d like to know more – contact Harmony or Jacob to start a conversation.
